I found this 1948 Vagabond in Madison WI at a RV dealer after a tip from a TCT member at a Rally in Florida.The dealer had taken it in trade in the 1970's,and realized its historical value so he planned to restore one day.As so often happens he never got around to it and I purchased it in 2004. The past two years the trailer has been in Union Ontario being lovingly restored by Ken and Lana Hindley.The end result is spectacular and the trailer still remains mostly original.
I recently took it to the 2009 Tin Can Tourists Rally in Milford MI towed by my 59 DeSoto Fireflite wagon it took both Best of Show and Best Combo.
